The service

DsarFlow provides Privacy-request (DSAR) tracking with statutory deadlines built in. Hosted intake form, countdown tracker, audit trail — from $39/mo. We're the workflow, not the lawyer.

Billing

Plans are billed in advance via Stripe on the cadence shown on the pricing page. Cancel anytime by contacting support; you keep access until the end of the billing period. If a subscription is cancelled, intake pauses and your existing request records stay readable and exportable.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service, probe other customers' data, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that threaten the security or availability of the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We don't promise uninterrupted operation and we don't make outcome guarantees (no "never get fined", no "never get hacked", no "fully compliant" claims — those words don't appear in our marketing for a reason).

Regulatory honesty

DsarFlow tracks privacy requests and deadlines. It is not legal advice and does not determine your legal obligations. Deadline rules are configurable defaults that cite the statute they implement — confirm applicable deadlines with qualified counsel.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
